Dial-A-Bolt Conveyor Chain

We developed a new, longer lasting bolted chain for Poultry Processing applications called the Dial-A-Bolt. The chain can last up to 2 times longer, compared to a standard X-Type Overhead Chain. Chain pins take most of the wear, therefore, we developed the Dial-A-Bolt chain with a pin that can be rotated twice for a new wear surface. Our chain comes in 3″, 4″ and 6″ pitches. See steps below on how to change the pin’s wear surface.

1. Loosen or remove nuts as needed.
2. Rotate the bolt 120 degrees to the new position of 2 or 3.
3. Tighten or replace the nuts to the bolts.
