The wheels are available with a variety of seal options in full ball complement or retainer type constructions. Special lubricants are available upon request. Frost Links, Inc. has X-Type (I-Pin) Chain for 3" (X-348), 4"(X-458), 6" (X-678), X-100mm, and X-160mm I-beam conveyors. It is available in stainless steel, carbon, and alloy steel with special plating and material types. Since all of the pins wear consistently you maintain consistent job spacing in your conveyor. Our Smooth Link® chain has no break-in wear period. The rotating pins increase the chain life, smooth solid side links permit easier cleaning of accumulated contaminants, the chain is manufactured to X-348 dimensions, and can be coated with either Zinc (silver) Plating or Zinc & Yellow Di-Chromate (Frost Gold) Plating.
